OKAY so

this morning I had four or five cups of black coffee and a giant glass of tea.

For lunch I made a smoothie with half a block of soft tofu (90) half a banana (50) and a half cup of mixed frozen fruit (50) total: 190

Okay it’s 3:30 and I had 11 snap pea crisp things (65) Total: 255

At 5:54 I had 27 goldfish (70) Total: 325

For dinner I made pasta with broccoli, onion, mushrooms, and spinach. I had rice, cookie dough, and potato chips after that but I purged it and did 110 rapid jumping jacks. I had some m&ms before bed
